Shipping and Handling

We only ship to the Continental United States and Alaska. Regrettably, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications.  All our tubers are shipped via US Priority Mail based with 2 to 3 day delivery.   Shipping is $12 for any size order.   

Tubers for the 2026 season will be shipped the second and third week of April depending on the weather.    

We guarantee that your order of tubers will arrive in viable condition.  This guarantee is conditional on taking possession of the package within the first eight (8) hours after delivery based on the delivery time from the post office.  If the recipient is claiming damage, then the recipient must provide photographic evidence.  This information must be submitted to within 24 hours of delivery by email.   We encourage you to immediately open the package and inspect the tubers.  Store them properly until time of planting.  If they are left in the packaging they may not survive.

This warranty only applies to damage due to shipping related issues and does not cover damages resulting from improper storage, mishandling, or negligence.   

At this time we do not offer local pickup.
