Shipping and Handling

We only ship to the Continental United States and Alaska. Regrettably, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any modifications. All our tubers are shipped via US Priority Mail based on flat rate shipping.  Shipping of tubers is based on the following:

     1-6 tubers - $11

     7-15 tubers  - $19

     16 and greater - $27   

Tubers for the 2025 season will be shipped in the last week of April or the first week of May.  

We guarantee that your order of tubers will arrive in viable condition.  This guarantee is conditional on taking possession of the package within the first eight (8) hours after delivery based on the delivery time from the post office.  If the recipient is claiming damage, then the recipient must provide photographic evidence.  This information must be submitted to within 24 hours of delivery.  

This warranty only applies to damage due to shipping related issues and does not cover damages resulting from improper storage, mishandling, or negligence.   

At this time we do not offer local pickup.
